How can California Connect assist you?

What is California Connect?

California Connect, also called the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP), is a public program that distributes specialized telecommunications equipment to persons with disabilities; provides a dual-party relay system called California Relay Service; and supplies assistance for speech generating devices- subsidized by the State of California, removing any financial barriers.

Welcome to California Connect, also called the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program, which includes California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) and California Relay Service (CRS). CRS provides a relay service where Communication Assistants will relay messages between a person using a TTY and a person who does not use a TTY.
