What is California Connect?
California Connect, also called the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP), is funded by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and is a public purpose program that provides communications equipment and services to persons with disabilities. The program's accessible products and services are available at no cost, removing financial barriers.

What is California Connect?
California Connect, also called the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP) funded by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is a public program that distributes specialized communications equipment to persons with disabilities; provides a dual-party relay system called California Relay Service; and supplies assistance for speech generating devices- subsidized by the State of California, removing any financial barriers.
