The Captioned Telephone is for analog use only but may be converted to digital mode under certain conditions – please contact us for more information

Requires an in-person assessment where trained staff will demonstrate the Captioned Telephone and ensure it is the best telephone for you; if you are unable to go to a Service Center, please call the Contact Center for further assistance
