Repair and Exchange Policy
California Connect aims to speedily resolve any equipment issues you may have. If your equipment stops working or malfunctions, or your disability needs change, California Connect can repair or exchange your equipment.
If you are having problems with your equipment, please get in touch with the Contact Center, or visit a Service Center. If you wish to bring back your equipment for repair or return, please include all original parts. This may help to identify the problem. The original phone must be returned in order to perform an equipment exchange.

Equipment Order Status
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the 'Check My Equipment Order Status'. Please have your order referene number and phone number present. From there, you can locate your recent orders and check the status.
