Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, except holidays.

To better serve you, please arrive by 4:45 PM.

The Fresno Service Center is located on the corner of Cedar and Alluvial. Look for CTAP signage on building.

Exit Herndon Ave
Turn right on East Herndon Ave
Turn left at Cedar Ave

Make a right turn into the first driveway on your right side.

From Sanger, Squaw Valley, Pinehurst, Orange Cove, and Independence

Take CA-180
Turn right at N. McCall Ave
Turn left at E. Herndon Ave
Turn right at Cedar Ave
Turn left on Alluvial
Make a right turn into the first driveway on your right side.

From Avenal, Coalinga, Huron, and Hanford

Take 198 East
Take 41 North
Exit Herndon Ave
Turn right on East Herndon Ave
Turn left at Cedar Ave
Turn left on Alluvial Ave
Make a right turn into the first driveway on your right side.

From Lindsay, Porterville, Terra Bella, Exeter, Visalia, and Woodlake

Take 99 North
