The San Francisco Service Center will be open by appointment only.

To request an appointment, call the Contact Center at 1-800-806-1191.

Face coverings are still required to enter the San Francisco Service Center.
A face covering can be any type of cloth covering or surgical mask that covers the mouth and nose.
Children 2 and under should not wear a face covering.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Beginning in July 2023, open only the 1ST and 3RD Friday of each month, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, (closed 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM), except holidays.

The San Francisco CTAP Service Center is located inside the Hearing and Speech Center of Northern California


Driving Directions to San Francisco CTAP Service Center

From Oakland/Berkeley

Take the I-80 W to San Francisco (Partial toll road)
After crossing the Bay Bridge, follow signs for U.S. 101 N/Golden Gate Bridge and merge
onto US-101 N
Continue onto Central Fwy
Continue onto Octavia Blvd
Turn left onto Fell St
Turn Right onto Divisadero St
Destination will be on the right inside the Hearing & Speech Center

From San Rafael/Mill Valley

Take US-101 S toward San Francisco (Partial toll road)
After crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, take a slight left onto Lombard St
Take the 3rd right onto Scott St and go 1.3 miles
Turn right onto Eddy
Take the 1st right onto Divisadero St
Destination will be on the right inside the Hearing & Speech Center

From Daly City/San Mateo

Take I-280 N to US-101 N (Exit on left for 101N)
Continue onto Central Fwy
Continue onto Octavia Blvd
Turn left onto Fell St
Turn right onto Divisadero St
Destination will be on the right inside the Hearing & Speech Center
