Beginning in July 2023, open only the 3RD and 4TH Tuesday of each month, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM,
(closed 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM), except holidays.

The West Covina Service Center is located inside the East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center
