File a Formal Complaint with the CPUC

If your concern involves a utility or service regulated by the CPUC, such as:

  • Telephone, cable, internet, gas, electric, water, or mobile home park utilities
  • Transportation companies (charter bus, shuttle, limo, etc.)
  • Unauthorized service changes (slamming / cramming)
  • Public safety concerns

The program of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) includes accessible communication equipment and devices, relay service, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
