Public Participation Hearing

When: Wednesday, September 17th

Where: the Ed Roberts Campus 3075 Adeline St, Berkeley, CA 94703 and on Zoom

The Center for Independent Living is hosting a Public Participation Hearing to hear feedback from our communities about how California Connect can be modernized to provide the technologies and services that are actually relevant to Deaf and disabled communities today.

One session will be held at 2:00 p.m. and a second at 6:00 p.m.

The program of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) includes accessible communication equipment and devices, relay service, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
